The burgundy color is deeper and warmer than the photos suggested, and it instantly made my bedroom feel cozier. After two washes the linen has gotten noticeably softer without losing that quilted 2-inch stitching.
The quilted texture has that nubby linen feel I was hoping for, and it's softened up nicely after two washes. The 2-inch quilting keeps it from shifting around, which was my main worry with a lighter coverlet.
