The color is exactly that rich burgundy I was after, and the linen softened up beautifully after just a couple of washes. I love how breathable it feels on warm nights, and the natural texture gives the bed a relaxed, expensive look.
The weave feels substantial without being heavy, and after two washes it's already draping softer against my skin. I actually look forward to crawling into bed now that the nights are cooler.
The burgundy is deeper and richer in person than on screen, and the fabric has that lovely lived-in texture from day one. After two washes it’s only gotten softer, and the color hasn’t faded a bit.
