I was worried linen would feel scratchy at first, but after two washes these sheets got noticeably softer and now they're my favorite. The breathability is real too, I don't wake up sweaty anymore.

Slept on these for a week now and they somehow got softer after the second wash. The linen breathes way better than my old cotton set, no more waking up sweaty. Only thing is they wrinkle like crazy, but I kind of like the lived-in look.

I washed these once before putting them on the bed and they came out even softer than the first feel out of the package. The linen breathes really well, so I'm not waking up clammy the way I did with my old synthetic set.
